Associate – Corporate Tax
His areas of specialisation are corporate taxation, international taxation, M&A assistance and due diligence.
Marco holds a degree in Economics and Business Law from Università Bocconi and a Master in International Tax Law from the University of Lausanne.
Since 2016, he has been enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Milan. He is also registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors and in the Register of Business Crisis Managers.
Before joining WST, he worked first with the tax department of a ‘Big Four’ and then at a medium-sized firm.
