Lorenzo has more than 10 years of consulting experience in Internal Auditing, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance and Corporate Governance and Organisational and/or Process Analysis.

The main management consulting projects he is involved in concern the following areas: Internal Auditing, supporting companies in the start-up of the IA Function, assisting CAEs and IA Managers in the development and implementation of their audit plan in order to assess, design and test the company’s internal control system; design and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management models, helping clients to assess, design, implement and update their ERM Framework in order to identify, monitor and manage strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks; Business Process and Organisational Analysis, redesigning the organisation, helping clients to map, understand and improve their processes; support in compliance matters (ex D. Lgs. 231/2001, SSL 81/08, GDPR, L. 262/2005). 

Lorenzo also performs internal audit activities in co-sourcing or full outsourcing arrangements.

The clients he advises on a daily basis include multinational companies and SMEs, operating in the following sectors: Real Estate, Manufacturing, Retail, Subsidiaries and investees in the public sector, Pharmaceuticals.

Graduated in Law, he attended a Master’s degree at Università Bocconi in ‘Management, auditing and control’. 

Lorenzo also holds the Internal Audit Certification (CIA) and the qualification of ‘Quality Assessor (QA)/ Validator IA.

Associated since 2018 with the IIA – Italian Association of Internal Auditors.
