Patrizia is Partner at WST specialising in the areas of administrative law and contracts, with a particular focus on public and private contracts, providing advice both to public administrations and public enterprises and to major private companies (domestic and international) as well as to the energy sector, with a focus on projects for the production of electricity from renewable sources.

She has worked professionally at the Milan office of a major international firm – one of the Big Four – specialising in administrative law, with particular reference to the areas of public contracts and the management of local public services.

In her area of specialisation and in view of the experience she has gained, her activity is generally aimed at long-standing, loyal clients, mainly in the area of tender processes called by public administrations. She provides advice and support in tenders of significant amounts and of national and international importance. 

In the energy field her consultancy includes analysis, due diligence and contracts pre and post-acquisition of renewable energies projects in  favour of major industry operators. In the field of public law, she handles the respective litigation.

Patrizia has also collaborated with the tenure of Constitutional Law at the Università di Milano, at the Institute of Public Law of the Università di
Pavia and at the Institute of Public Law of the Università Commerciale L. Bocconi di Milano.

She was admitted to the Bar of Milan in 1999.

She is the author of numerous publications and a speaker at conventions and workshops on the subject of administrative law and public contracts.
