Lorenzo assists investors, professional lenders, and corporates in corporate lending transactions, real estate finance, and acquisition finance.

His experience includes, among others, assisting in transactions involving securitization and principal finance transactions on performing and non-performing loans.

In the past, he has gained experience in M&A, corporate finance, and commercial contracts.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), he was a corporate lawyer at one of the Big Four firms.

He qualified as a lawyer and has been a member of the Palermo Bar since 2008.

He graduated from the University of Palermo in 2004 and obtained an LL.M. degree in Corporate and Securities Law from Queen Mary University of London in 2006.
