Luca is specialized in labour law, trade union and social security law, as well as in the corporate liability of legal entities under Law 231/2001, in privacy and in agency and commercial distribution.

Mostly in these areas he has assisted and currently assist, both in and out-of-court, many national and foreign companies, including multinationals, especially in the insurance, automotive, engineering, information technology, food, health and fashion sectors, and in the services sector in general.

Luca graduated in Law from the University of Turin, summa cum laude, with the right of publication and having won the “Luisa Guzzo” prize. He has been practicing law since 1991, he has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 1994 and a Supreme Court lawyer since 2008. Luca has also been Assistant Lecturer in Philosophy of Law at the University of Law in Turin for seven years.

Luca is Chairman of the Supervisory Bodies under Law 231/01 of various major national and multinational corporations, foundations and third-sector organizations. 

He combines practicing law with a number of academic activities – as the author of numerous legal publications in various reviews and treatises, and as lecturer at courses and conferences – and association activities – as a member of the Domenico Napolitano Study Centre, the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI – Piedmont section, of which he was the first Vice-President), and, particularly, of the Supervisory Boards Member Association ex d.lgs. 231/2001 (AODV231), of which he is member of the Board of Directors and Coordinator of the Study Centre Committee and with whom I collaborate assiduously, by writing Position Papers and Study Documents.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) Luca was a partner and founding partner of a leading law firm in Turin.

His professional experience on one hand, and his passion for studying law on the other, leads him to deal with cases by combining the practicality and efficiency of a professional approach with an in-depth analysis of legal literature and case law.
