She provides out-of-court legal assistance to clients (companies, individuals, public entities), advising on settlements in a wide range of civil law disputes and providing legal opinions aimed at evaluating the most appropriate defensive strategy or the opportunity to engage in a legal judgment

Margareth is developed multidisciplinary skills that enable me to support the sustainability team in providing legal advice to companies on ESG issues.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), she practiced as an independent lawyer and subsequently worked in the legal department of a leading listed U.S. energy company operating in the renewable energy business
