His areas of expertise include fiscal compliance, to private equity, leveraged buy-out and M&A transactions, management incentive plans, corporate finance, company valuations, succession planning. He also provides ordinary tax advice on both direct and indirect taxes.

He has significant professional experience in tax due diligence, structuring of acquisitions, group financing and reorganizations through mergers, divisions and contributions, as well as in tax planning.

Most of his clients are Italian and international capital companies and investment funds.

Before joining WST, he worked at some leading international law and tax firms where he acquired considerable experience in M&A transactions.
