Michela advises on all aspects relating to Law 231/01 concerning the administrative liability of entities, managing risk assessment projects and drafting organization, management, and control models and codes of ethics. She collaborates with internal control experts, assists 231 supervisory boards, and supports clients with all issues connected to the administrative liability of legal entities and commercial and company law.

Her experience in compliance projects has also enabled her to deal with and analyze labor law, health and safety in the workplace, as well as environmental and anti-corruption matters.

The clients she advises include listed companies and leading Italian corporations, including companies belonging to multinational groups operating principally in the industrial manufacturing, automotive, fashion, retail, and services sectors.

Before joining WST, she worked at many law firms specializing in corporate and commercial law and also in the legal and corporate affairs department of the Veneto Region finance company.

Michela speaks at workshops and conferences and teaches on training courses related to Law 231/01.
