Luca’s expertise is advising international clients on general corporate law matters with particular reference to cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
He works predominantly on international, cross-border transactions and for international clients (corporations, investment funds and high-net-worth individuals).

His task is to focus on the different specific needs of his clients and work to make them feel comfortable with the specifics of the Italian jurisdiction, whether it involves advising them on an M&A transaction or on the specifics of a commercial contract.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), he was a corporate M&A lawyer in a primary boutique firm in Milan and then in the corporate department of a primary Italian law firm in London.

Luca is qualified as an Italian lawyer (avvocato) in 2019 and he is a member of the Milan Bar.
He graduated in law from Università Statale in Milan and obtained an LL.M from the Queen Mary University of London in 2018.
