Giusppe graduated in Law in July 2008 at the University of Eastern Piedmont, with the highest grades, and in May 2013, he obtained a PhD in Constitutional Justice and Fundamental Rights at the University of Pisa.

He has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since October 2011 and received the Toga d’Oro Award for the best score in the qualifying exam in the Turin Court of Appeal district.

Giuseppe carries out his activity in the Labour Law Team of the Turin office and deals mainly with labor law and social security contributions. He assists major companies active in sectors such as insurance, automotive, healthcare, collection, food, digital media, and sports in both extrajudicial and litigation phases. His work includes drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handling disciplinary proceedings, managing individual and collective dismissals, overseeing company restructuring, business transfers, proceedings with trade unions, and drafting and reviewing regulations and policies related to electronic instruments, internet, email, fringe benefits, refunds, travel expenses, and more.

He cooperates with the magazine “Il Foro Italiano” and other specialized legal journals for the publication of articles and notes on judgments.
