Ilaria has an extensive experience in the field of intellectual and industrial property.

She provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance to a wide range of clients, both Italian and international, in many business sectors, including design, fashion, art, food & beverage and information technology, offering legal services for the protection and exploitation of intellectual property assets – trademarks, patents, intellectual works, designs, trade secrets, domain names and other distinctive signs. Her work includes drafting opinions and contracts aimed at the commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights, as well as providing legal assistance before national and EU courts.

Ilaria has a specific expertise in technological innovations, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, smart contracts and NFT.

She is a member of the Internet Committee of ECTA (European Community Trademark Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property). She is also an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Art (CAfA) and a panelist in domain name dispute resolution proceedings at ADR .eu – Czech Arbitration Court (CAC).

Ilaria regularly publishes articles and contributions in her areas of expertise and has participated, as a speaker, at many conferences, seminars and other training events both nationally and internationally.
