With over a decade of expertise in the management consulting sector, Stefano supports companies, institutions, and associations in the fields of Corporate Sustainability, Risk & Compliance and Internal Auditing, integrating various skills and guiding clients in developing their business models from an ESG perspective.

He conducts project management and advisory activities primarily focusing on the following areas: ESG Assessment & Due Diligence, definition of sustainability strategies, Sustainability Reporting, evolution of sustainability governance tools (such as Code of Ethics, Policies, etc.), analysis and assessment of ESG risks, integration of ERM systems, Risk Assessment, and drafting of Organization, Management, and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. Furthermore, he also oversees control activities on Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

The clients he regularly assists include medium to large-sized companies and multinational corporations, primarily operating in sectors such as Food, Fashion, Manufacturing, Retail, Services, Transport & Mobility, Chemical, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Government & Public Sector.

Stefano is a Chartered Accountant, holding a degree in Business Economics from the Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan. 

Additionally, he is a member of several Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
