Annalisa provides day-to-day assistance to clients with mainly out-of-court activity aimed at assisting national or foreign companies operating in all main industry sectors, in relation to all issues concerning the management of employment relationships and trade union relations.

She has strong experience in various issues related to labour law, from employment contracts, dismissal letters, and private transactions agreements, to self-employment contracts, agency contracts, service agreements, company regulations, and policies. She has been involved in various projects regarding corporate reorganisations and restructurings, transfers of companies, collective dismissals, and redundancy procedures

During recent years, Annalisa has acquired extensive experience in advising clients on restructurings, particularly lay-offs and collective dismissals. She has also participated in significant due diligence exercises and has assisted many clients with business transfers or parts of businesses, negotiating with trade unions over the conditions applicable to employment relationships, supporting clients in union bargaining, and managing some senior exits.

After graduating in Law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Annalisa has been admitted to the Italian Bar as a lawyer in 2009 and she has been working in employment team at leading Italian and international law firms.

She has a Member of EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association).
