Giovanni advises clients in many sectors including pharmaceutical, energy & utilities, renewable energy, consumer care and infrastructure industries, and regularly deal with M&A and venture capital transactions.

He works predominantly on international, cross-border transactions, and advise major Italian and foreign multinational groups on all aspects of Italian corporate tax law and foreign tax issues, reorganisations and M&A, transfer pricing structuring and documentation, supply chain management and model conversion tax issues. He also assists on foreign tax services for leading Italian groups.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) Giovanni practiced at an international law firm for four years, and at one of the Big Four for four years.
