Lina is a Civil Lawyer, specialized in banking law, responsible for the Massive Litigation Debt Recovery team.

She provides consultancy and assistance to leading Italian companies in all phases of credit evaluation and is an expert in managing massive litigation (both active and passive) in the banking and financial area. Her expertise includes compound interest, banking transparency, anti-usury law, and disputes related to the circulation of credit instruments and contractual guarantee relationships.

She assists clients in mediation and assisted negotiation procedures, as well as in all judicial and extrajudicial phases of credit recovery.

Lina provides legal assistance in the extrajudicial field, directing clients (companies, individuals, public bodies, social security institutions, etc.) towards settlement solutions in civil law matters. She formulates legal opinions regarding the recoverability of credit or its write-off and/or aims at identifying the most suitable defensive strategy while also evaluating the opportunity to take legal action.

She is also an expert in real estate and securities enforcement procedures, which she follows in every phase.

She deals with the evaluation, individual management, and extrajudicial and judicial recovery of credits, with particular attention to mortgage and land loans, bank credits, consumer credits, and leasing.
