Luigi is Partner at WST and he has more than 25 years experience in providing tax consultancy and support to national and multinational, medium to large enterprises. His clients operate in the mechanics, luxury and fashion sectors. 

He has an extensive experience in handling corporate income tax and in managing tax compliance. 

Furthermore, he has dealt with issues relating to permanent establishments, corporate restructuring and due diligence in M&A transactions.
Luigi has also assisted many clients during tax audits relating to corporate income tax and transfer pricing, with subsequent involvement in settlement procedures to resolve them.

He is a member of statutory boards and independent director of some Italian companies: this allows him to develop his knowledge on corporate topics.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), Luigi was Equity Partner for 7 years and Senior Manager in a “Big Four” legal and tax department, where he practised for about 20 years.
