Ersilia is a Chartered Accountant and auditor with more than twenty years of consultancy experience in finance and tax.

Her clients are mainly joint-stock companies or branches of foreign groups of any economic sector and size, that have entrusted WST with one or more outsourced activities from among those in the broad portofolio, such as: general and analytical bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable cycle, electronic invoicing, treasury, managerial reporting, single entity and/or consolidated financial statements (based on Italian and International Gaap), tax and corporate consultancy and payroll services.

With reference to the clients in supervised sectors, such as in the case of the asset management (SGR) and insurance sectors, she also manages other specific services like supervisory reports, Ivass and Ania communications.

Ersilia also supports implementation and customization projects of accounting ERP which allow us to satisfy every kind of customers’ needs.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) she has worked with an outstanding outsourcing company (a previous spin-off of a Big Four) for more than 15 years and then she held for some years the role of finance director of a Group of five companies. This experience allowed her to expand her expertise in the fields of budgeting & controlling, personnel administration, privacy and, finally, in the field of certification acquiring (quality and sustainable events).
