After an association at the Tax Law Firm belonging to an international network doing domestic and international tax consulting, Maurizio was first the owner of his own firm and then a partner in another firm with 25 associates.

He has been involved in management, tax, civil and judicial consulting and has served as a Director in companies belonging to the large-scale distribution and consulting industries. He participates in boards of statutory auditors of manufacturing, service and financial companies including those belonging to listed and publicly held groups. He is a member advisory team of holding companies.

Drafter of appraisals for middle market companies aimed at contribution, transformation, step-up participation, extender of family pacts.

He is lecturer at the School of Higher Education “Piero Piccatti” in tax matters and published with other authors a text on the tax reform in September 2003.
