Associate – Risk, Compliance & Sustainability
Valeria is a lawyer specializing in criminal law and compliance.
More specifically, she assists companies, including listed ones, in matters concerning the criminal liability of entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001, with particular regard to control & risk self assessment and gap analysis activities and the drafting and updating of organizational models. She is also a member of several Supervisory Boards under Legislative Decree 231/2001 and conducts training for management and staff on the subject of Legislative Decree 231/2001.
She also carries out consultancy activities on occupational health and safety under Legislative Decree 81/2008, with particular regard to governance aspects, and on anti-corruption and anti-money laundering.
Before starting her work experience at WST, she obtained a law degree from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome in 2012 and a diploma from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of the University of Milan in 2015.
