Valentina has gained solid experience in all the major areas of the corporate tax law. 

Fluent in both Italian and English, she is dedicated to providing high-quality tax consulting services to help businesses achieve their strategic objectives while adhering to the highest standards of tax law and corporate governance.

She assists both national and multinational clients in navigating complex tax issues in domestic and cross-border transactions, often collaborating with legal and accounting advisors to deliver optimal solutions.

Her expertise encompasses corporate taxation, M&A and real estate transactions, with a particular focus on the renewable energy, manufacturing and service sectors. Her consultancy services include advising on corporate restructuring, tax optimization of intercompany flows, as well as tax compliance and due diligence, either for IAS and OIC adopters.

With a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, Valentina has been a certified member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 2012.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) in 2012, she gained significant experience at prominent Italian tax firms and one of the “Big Four”.
