Alessandra is a Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor with an extensive professional experience in organization and management of finance outsourcing projects for national and international Clients gaining a specialization in the insurance and financial sectors.

She has also dealt with several Business Process Re-engineering and BPO projects (+ 500 managed projects) gaining relevance in management and planning of work teams with regard to the keeping of accounting and all administrative and regulatory obligations, preparation of individual and consolidated Financial Statements based on national and international accounting principles (e.g. IFRS, GAAP, etc) and accounting due diligence.

She also assists national and international clients in the definition and management of digital transformation projects with particular regard to the optimization of financial processes and the implementation of ERP and reporting systems.

Alessandra is member of Statutory Auditors in various business sectors.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) she worked at one of the “Big Four” accountancy firm and at a primary outsourcing firm as responsible of the outsourcing projects in banking and insurance sectors.
