Alessandro has 20 years’ experience in tax litigation.

His work involves defending clients in cases before the Tax Courts and, in addition, he  assists and representes clients in negotiations with the tax authorities for extrajudicial dispute resolution.

Over the years he has dealt with disputes concerning income taxes, VAT, registration taxes, hypo-cadastral
and local taxes.

His clients are medium and large enterprises, often multinational, and local entities.

He regularly publishes articles on tax matters in specialized journals, with a focus on local taxes.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) he has worked in two tax law firms in Milan.
