Andrea has a specific experience on Italian and international corporate law, contract law, IP and arbitration.

He has more than 35 years’ experience in assisting international and Italian medium and large companies operating in a wide range of sectors including mechanics, automotive, textile, design, paper and fashion.

He is also a consultant of many local government agencies, chambers of commerce and industry associations.

Andrea assists clients in relation to various commercial and corporate aspects of the life of the company, in particular on purchases, production, logistics, sales and distribution, procurement, e-commerce, intellectual property, as well as extraordinary operations, due diligence, company relocation abroad and joint ventures.

In the same areas, he assists clients in pre-litigation and litigation stages, both before the ordinary courts and in arbitration and conciliation, always seeking the company’s economic interest to find a solution that offers the best cost / benefit ratio.

Former board member of some of his client companies, including a leading multinational automation company.

Andrea usually is a speaker at many conferences and workshops on the same subjects on which he works as a legal adviser.

Before joining WST he was a partner of four law firms and founding member of two of them with the role of managing partner and Head of the Litigation Department.

Andrea is qualified to practice law and he has been a member of the Bologna Bar Association since 1990.
