He provides support to businesses in managing every aspect connected to the relationships between employers and employees.

He has been practicing in courts throughout Italy.

He works on dispute cases relating to subordinate labour, self-employment, administrative sanctions from INPS and DTL reports and debt notices, individual and collective dismissals, harassment, deskilling, changes in tasks, compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage, transfers, and wage differences. He also has specialist knowledge in flexible employment relations.

Andrea provides counselling and assistance to his clients, both national and multinational companies across many sectors, including industrial, commercial, banking, maritime, and postal.

In addition, he works on ordinary labour relations management, including operations such as business transfers, restructuring, or due diligence.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), he worked in an Italian law firm specializing in labour law.

He is a Doctor (PhD) of labour law from Università La Sapienza in Rome.

He regularly speaks at conferences and seminars on the subject of labour law and is the author of many articles published in specialized legal journals.
