His expertise is advising international clients on general corporate law matters and cross-border M&A transactions. Furthermore, he regularly deals with sports matters (in particular football clubs), including transfers and sponsorship agreements.

He works predominantly on international, cross-border transactions and for international clients (both corporations and high-net-worth individuals).

Among his clients are international investors, financial institutions (especially banks and insurance companies), companies, and private clients.

His task is to focus on the different specific needs of his clients and work to make them feel comfortable with the specifics of the Italian jurisdiction, whether it involves advising them on an M&A transaction or on the specifics of a commercial contract.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), he was a corporate lawyer at one of the Big Four firms for thirteen years, and before that, he worked for three years for a reinsurance company in Munich.
