Alessandra holds a Degree in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and a Master in Accounting for lawyers from Bocconi University in Milan.

She has a more than 15 years experience in regulatory and finance, both in the private practice and hinaus within major international players, which helped in improving her operational skills and personal standing.

Alessandra has a deep knowledge of banks’ and investment funds’ internal compliance processes and has also been involved in many capital markets deals, investment deals from the legal and compliance standpoint.

Before joining WST she has been assisting an Italian medium group of companies as a free lance consultant.
