Alessandro has gained experience in defending in court the management of industrial, commercial, financial, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as banks and insurance companies, in relation to the different types of offenses that may affect the company, such as corporate, tax, financial, and bankruptcy offenses.

He advises, assists, and defends in court companies and entities charged with administrative liability arising from offenses under Legislative Decree 231/01.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), he practiced in a leading Italian economic criminal law firm.

He has been a lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2014 and a member of the scientific committee of the Milan Criminal Chamber, as well as an Expert in the Teaching of Criminal Procedural Law for the Department of Law of the University of Milan-Bicocca

He graduated with honors in law from the University of Milan.

He has authored publications on criminal law and trial law.
