His areas of expertise principally concern corporate litigation. He has experience in directors’ and auditors’ liability actions, removals of directors, unfair competition, performing these activities both before the section of courts that specialises in business matters (primarily before the Court of Milan) and in arbitration chambers.

Antonino also provides legal assistance in relation to contract liability and tort liability disputes, credit recovery, enforcement and in out-of-court matters. He advises companies of all sizes, both Italian and international, as well as natural persons.       

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) Antonino worked at another law firm and in the legal department of a major bank.

He qualified as a lawyer in Italy in 2012.
