He has also gained a great deal of experience in the following areas: tax compliance, preparation of tax budgets and reports, interpellations, opinions, taxation of extraordinary transactions, tax structuring and tax planning, M&A, Due Diligence, IAS/IFRS Approach, Voluntary Disclosure, entry and exit tax (ATAD), assistance in tax audits and cooperative compliance procedures.

Carmine also assists in analysing internal tax procedures and implementing and updating the Tax Control Framework.
