Chiara is a civil lawyer specialized in litigation and abitration. She is qualified to practise law and to appear in the Supreme Court, admitted to the Bar of Rome since 2009 and the Bar of the Supreme Court since 2023.

She assists Italian and foreign clients in judicial proceedings and in non-judicial matters, dealing especially with civil, commercial, insurance, banking, bankruptcy, contract and tort liability and real estate issues.

Her areas of expertise concern also corporate litigation, having experience in directors’ and auditors’ liability actions and unfair competition.

Chiara also advises clients with pre-litigation strategies and actions in these areas, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) in 2018, she started her professional activity in 2005 at a major Italian law firm and then she worked at a primary international law firm in the department of dispute resolution.
