Claudia is specialised in tax and corporate governance, risk and compliance.

She routinely provides consultancy on all aspects related to Legislative Decree 231/01 on the administrative liability of entities, participates in risk assessment projects and the preparation of Organisational, Management and Control Models and Codes of Ethics, and, in teams with lawyers specialised in corporate governance, assists and supports Supervisory Bodies 231 and client companies on all issues related to the administrative liability of entities.

The experience gained in tax and compliance projects has enabled her to support client companies also in assessing tax risks.

Among the clients she regularly assists are leading Italian companies, also part of multinational groups, mainly active in the industrial production, automotive, fashion, retail and services sectors.

She is a speaker in workshops and conferences and lecturer in training courses on Legislative Decree 231/01.

Before joining WST, she collaborated with various legal and tax firms.
