Claudio has been dedicated to the field of public contracting and public-private partnership for over twenty-five years, since the beginning of his professional career. 

He is particularly engaged in the activity of legal counseling, as well as litigation and pre-litigation, representation and defense in all judicial and administrative courts. 

Claudio acted in the interest of Public Administrations, Economic Operators and various SOAs. as a scholarly specialist in the subject, he teaches courses for Universities and Training Institutes, Trade Associations and Private Companies, as part of Conferences, Master’s Courses, Advanced and Specialization Courses, Seminars, etc. 

In addition, he has deepened his involvement in the field of public procurement through publications, making his contribution mainly in specialized journals in the field.
