Cristina has a vast experience in providing advice to national and multinational industrial and commercial companies operating across various sectors, such as chemicals, aerospace, health and automotive, having acquired the ability to identify the requirements and peculiarities of the sector and to contextualise them within the complex Italian tax system.

She provides consultancy activity mainly in the field of international operations, assisting and coordinating projects to establish Italian companies abroad and foreign companies in Italy, as well as managing the start-up phase of the administrative, accounting and tax compliance matters.

Cristina regularly assists clients in implementing and updating ERP systems to ensure compliance with Italian and foreign VAT regulations.

As well as having all-round knowledge of Italian taxation, she has developed specialist expertise within the field of indirect taxation. Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of the EU VAT Directive and the case law of the European Court of Justice, she assists major Italian and foreign clients in managing VAT flows, with a view to achieving economic and financial efficiency.

Cristina is a member of boards of auditors and supervisory bodies of corporations operating in various business sectors.

She frequently organizes courses for clients, built on specific needs, targeting not only the administrative population but also the sales and logistics function, combining regulatory updates with operational solutions dropped into daily operations.

She has been speaker at post graduate schools and conferences organized by the professional association.

In her career of more than 30 years, Cristina has worked for a “big four” consultancy firm, spent a secondment period abroad in the Netherlands, and she worked for leading international law and consulting firms.
