Dario is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in providing accounting, administrative and tax compliance assistance to national and international clients belonging to different industries and sectors (real estate, publishing, energy, healthcare, life science, etc..).

He gained extensive experience in supporting his clients in the process automation of the administrative tasks. 

He is an expert in managing Merger & Acquisition transactions under administrative, finance and accounting perspective. Dario also deals with BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), digital transformation and reengineering projects in the Finance area.

Coordination and supervision of the finance team (30 people) in charge to render accounting outsourcing services.

Before joining WST, Dario worked for 20 years in a primary outsourcing company as Senior Manager and head of the Integrated Professional Services business line.

Master in Digital Transformation (Talent Garden school), executive Master in Business Administration (Università Bocconi) and Degree in Economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
