Elena is a lawyer specializing in environmental and administrative law, areas in which she has worked for more than 20 years.

She has a consolidated experience in waste cycle management, in the management of complex remediation proceedings concerning sites often affected by diffuse pollution and located in SINs and SIRs.

She provides environmental consulting to leading companies in the chemical, logistics, petroleum, pharmaceutical, environmental, real estate and energy sectors.

Elena also assists clients in the permitting stages for the approval of industrial projects (expansion of production facilities, establishment of new industrial activities and development of new processes) and in the acquisition of new assets and strategic activities.

She obtained a Master’s degree in Environmental Law from Università Ca’ Foscari in Venice in 2004 and an LL.M. – in Business Law from Northwestern University of Chicago and Instituto de Empresa of Madrid in 2013.
