Fabio assists clients in preparing and negotiating commercial contracts, including distribution, sales, purchase and franchising agreements.

He also deals with governance and compliance for both public and private companies, with particular reference to governance models and compliance programs aimed at preventing corporate crime.

He has also dealt with M&A and legal due diligence matters for industrial clients, as well as for investment funds.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) Fabio spent fifteen years at one of the “Big Four” accountancy firms where he advised on the legal issues involved in statutory accounts auditing and economic consultancy.
