Fausto is focused on direct taxation, especially for corporate taxation of limited liabilities companies. 

He is problem-solving oriented and inclined to detect client’s needs. He has proven skills in organising a team of professionals.

Fausto has many years of experience in tax consultancy and tax compliance for large industrial and financial
multinational groups with Italian subsidiaries. He also deals with tax consultancy and tax compliance for Italianowned companies (both listed and unlisted).

Fausto is an expert in IAS/IFRS taxation and he has a significant experience in international transactions (dividend, interest and royaltyes, transaction with black-listed countries and transfer pricing), due diligence and reorganisations.

He is a statutory auditor for multiple Italian companies.

Fausto has been a certified Chartered Accountant since 1995.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), he spent seven years at one of the “Big Four” firms.
