Gianpaolo specializes in corporate taxation, corporate counseling and business valuations, start Up and innovative SMEs tax and corporate counseling, insolvency proceedings as a receiver in addition to accompanying companies in reorganization paths using the tools made available by the Crisis and Insolvency Code.

He graduated in Economics and Business from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, since 2014 he has been registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and in the Register of Auditors.

Gianpaolo is also registered in the Register of Curators at the Court of Milan and in the Register of Business Crisis Managers.

Before joining WST, he practiced as a certified public accountant at other leading tax firms.
