Giuseppe is a lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law.

He has assisted domestic and international companies in M&A and cross-border transactions, and in negotiating domestic and international commercial contracts.

Giuseppe assists industrial companies, entrepreneurs, funds and venture capital operators in acquisition, investment, sale or purchase of majority or minority stakes. He also assists start-ups in investment transactions aimed at growth.

Giuseppe has gained meaningful experience in corporate litigation, before Italian courts and domestic and foreign arbitration courts.

He holds an LLM in American Law and International Legal Practice from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

Before joining WST, he worked in two leading international firms.
