Margareth specialises in Civil Law. She advises companies in civil matters and has also gained significant experience in litigation and in the area of civil (lease, mandate, etc.) and commercial contracts (procurement contracts, supply, sponsorship, etc.)

She provides out-of-court legal assistance to clients (companies, individuals, public entities), advising on settlements in a wide range of civil law disputes and providing legal opinions aimed at evaluating the most appropriate defensive strategy or the opportunity to engage in a legal judgment

Margareth has developed multidisciplinary skills that enable her to support the sustainability team in providing legal advice to companies on ESG issues.

Before joining WST, she practiced as an independent lawyer and subsequently worked in the legal department of a leading listed U.S. energy company operating in the renewable energy business
