He has developed solid experience in tax due diligence and in structuring M&A transactions, leveraged buy-outs, corporate restructurings, exit strategies, debt issuances and financial instruments.

He works with investment funds and corporations, both domestically and internationally.

Before joining WST, Massimo gained experience in leading tax firms and consulting firms.
