After obtaining a law degree from Università Cattolica in Milan and a master’s degree in taxation, he furthered his education in leading law firms. Nicola initially specialized in tax law and later expanded his expertise to include commercial law, corporate law and banking law.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), he held the position of Head of Legal Affairs at two real estate investment management companies (SGRs). During this time, Nicola acquired specific know-how on regulations, practices and procedures relating to financial intermediaries, with a particular focus on real estate investment management companies, and developed skills in real estate contracts. 

He subsequently became a partner and head of the real estate department at a renowned Italian law firm.

He has worked exclusively in the real estate sector for over 20 years, accumulating considerable experience through his participation in numerous investment fund structuring operations, joint ventures for real estate developments and acquisitions and sales of real estate portfolios across all real estate asset classes.

Nicols is qualified to practice law and he has been registered with the Lecce Bar Association since 2003.
