Paola is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.

She has advised multinationals and SMEs in M&A and joint-venture transactions, both in Italy and abroad (England, South Africa, Brazil, Turkey), as well as in the negotiation of domestic and international commercial contracts, including supply, sub-supply, distribution, agency, licensing, R&D and factoring agreements.

She has gained significant experience in the field of start-ups and innovative SMEs, as well as Benefit Societies.

She is admitted to practice law in Italy, England and Wales and holds an LLM in American Law and International Legal Practice from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

Before joining WST, she worked in two leading international firms.
