Serena mainly deals with the management of administrative litigation, with a focus on public procurement.

Also in the field of public procurement, she advises companies and public administrations, as well as SOA.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), she worked in several important law firms in Rome.

Serena graduated from Università La Sapienza in Rome, where she also obtained a second-level master’s degree and a PhD. 

Research led her to spend several years abroad, where she was able to cultivate and enrich her professional, academic and personal skills.
