Shirin has more than 15 years’ experience in providing advisory services in Internal Auditing, compliance programs, analysis and design of Internal Control Systems, business process and organizational analysis, anticorruption and data protection.

Main management consulting projects she deals with are focused in the following fields: assessing, designing, implementing, and testing effective Corporate Compliance Programs, including training courses (i.e. pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, EU GDPR 2016/679, anticorruption standard UNI ISO 37001:2016, Antitrust); helping customers to assess, design, implement, and update their risk and control systems; planning and executing internal audit assignments; modeling and redesigning organizations, and helping customers to map, understand, and improve their business processes.

The clients she advises on a daily basis include small and medium-large corporations, as well as those forming part of multinational groups or government-controlled companies, operating, inter alia, in the following industries: Manufacturing, Retail, Luxury, Automotive, and the Public Sector.

Shirin obtained degrees in Political Sciences and in Economics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich (Germany) and was a visiting student at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, studying International Politics and Law.
