Silvia is a certified accountant specialized in business consulting – graduated in “Economics and Business Law” at Università Bocconi – member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2013.

She deals with corporate taxation and, in particular, she provides assistance regarding the correct framing and tax treatment of corporate operations, both of IAS and OIC adopters by assisting the client in calculating direct taxes or supporting them with dedicated advice.

She assists companies, both Italian and foreign, and multinational groups operating in various sectors, from energy to publishing and services.

Silvia also deals with tax advice to start-ups and innovative SMEs, for which the Italian legal system provides important benefits and, in this area, she collaborates in the structuring of equity incentive plans for the benefit of employees and key managers.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), she was self-employed in other law firms in Milan and earned a postgraduate master’s degree in “Tax Law.”
