Stefano mainly deals with business, corporate and financial statement consulting for medium and large-sized companies.

As part of this activity he assists companies and corporate groups not only in ordinary civil and tax obligations and in relations with the financial administration, but also in planning and implementation of extraordinary transactions, he assists companies and corporate groups in restructuring activities both from a corporate and economic-financial perspective and as well as in M&A transactions in its various stages such as valuation, tax and financial due diligence, planning and implementation of the extraordinary transaction.

Stefano has gained significant experience in assisting companies in crisis or pre-crisis situations affected by restructuring and turnaround processes.

He increasingly following with interest Public Companies in which, thanks to his experience, he serves as an advisor and/or member of the Board of Statutory Auditors.

His clients operate mainly in the service sector.

He serves as an auditor in several medium/large-sized companies.

Stefano graduated at Università Cà Foscari di Venezia and he has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Venice since 1989.
