Senior Counsel – Transfer Pricing, International Ruling
Stefano is Senior Counsel of the Transfer Pricing and International Ruling department, with a major specialization in transfer pricing.
He is Chartered Accountant and provides consultancy on transfer pricing and on the analysis of functions, risks and assets, identifying the relevant “value drivers” within the “supply chain”. He assists Clients in drafting the transfer pricing policy and the proper TP documentation under the Italian tax rules.
Stefano also provide assistance in reaching unilateral and multilateral Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) with the Revenues Agency.
